When Sound Quality Matters Most, You Can Count on "Orlando's Got Talent"

Wedding Vows, I think everyone can recall attending a Wedding Ceremony where it was difficult hear what was being said especially when the Bride & Groom would read there own vows simply from lack of public speaking they don't project their voices well. I hope you'll agree that wasn't the case here or for any Wedding Ceremonies where I provide sound equipment. And yes I do have a separate Audio/Video Company so if not in need of my DJ Services perhaps I could still make sure that on your most important day that your words are heard as well... :-)

All DJ Services are not created equal & if your DJ Service is offering to play for your Ceremony you may do well to ask in advance if they have audio recordings & or video of the Ceremonies they have provided sound for?

Brand X DJ Service for Wedding Ceremony

In this video clip you will be able to hear the Officiant & the Groom at a low volume but the bride's voice is too quiet because like most brides her voice is the softest. No fault here to the Officiant, Bride or Groom just perhaps to the sound service provider that could of adjusted the volume accordingly.

Lavalier verses Handheld Microphone

The link above is to a video clip of a Wedding Ceremony where a "Lavalier Microphone" is used and demonstrates my point well that a Lavalier has drawbacks, especially in outdoor settings. It's design is typically to pick sound from a wider area so ambient noise like wind, guest talking, children crying, etc. can be all picked up and amplified over the speaker system. The dynamics of the audio signal suffers as well as you'll hear the voices sound hollow in comparison because the voice sources are further away from the microphone's diaphragm, it simply doesn't sound as good as a quality Handheld.

Bride Tina Sings "If I Ain't Got You" by Alicia Keys to the Groom Marco. She has a wonderful voice & the smiles they exchange here and there while she is singing are priceless.

Bride Tina Sings "Take Me The Way I Am" by Ingrid Michaelson w/Brother DK playing guitar. I used the AKG 1000S Condenser Microphone for the acoustic pickup of sound from Guitar, talented family don't you think? :-)

Bride's brother DK plays guitar while a friend sings "I'll Be" by Edwin McCain. In all seriousness, I felt a chill when he sang this song & it was a feeling shared by many in attendance for Tina & Macro's Wedding.
